It works every time.
Our *Instructor’s Assistant Program is great for students who are serious and want to expidite learning their dancing skills. Students are allowed to sign up on the IA Program after they have reached Dance Level 10
*The IA Program is not the same as an Instructors Training Class Program.
Instructor’s love having a person to lend an extra hand or two when teaching. Some of our instructors tip their assistants for their help.
(Tipping is not manditory.)
The best part is it helps the student, instructor and the studio because our students are always able to find a fun and exciting way to learn.
After an instructor has been an IA 8 times they can opt-in to have a class they teach. It would be a discounted class offered during the studio’s off hours, however, the instructor would be allowed tips from the students in their class.
Advanced Student Classes are a great way to excite your student body and populate your business during its often slow hours.
As student’s levels increase they can get discounts, special offers, and other rewards that inspire them to dance and keep taking lessons forever.
What are Levels?
Levels are based on several different requirements. The number of lessons taken, privates and groups, and other various activities offered in the studio adds points to your score. Your score and the requirements determine what level you are at.
We still use medal standards i.e., Bronze, Silver, and Gold, however we add levels within each standard levels. Therefore, a Bronze, level 7, dancer is striving to learn more to reach level 8 and receive an award for doing so.
Amazing Dance Studio gives free floor time away with each level up. The higher the level the more floor time and other dance related prizes.
The rise of pc and phone game play is due to three primary reasons.
- The games are usually free to download and play.
- The games are easy for anyone to learn, play, and achieve goals.
- Game play rewards are given away for free just by achieving specific challenges, reaching each level, and making alliances, (meeting new friends).
Students who have reached certain levels, completed specific challenges, and are active students can apply to be an instructor’s assistant. From there a student can apply to teach a class and begin taking part in the Instructor’s Training Program.
Anyone can become an instructor and work as an independent instructor at Amazing Dance. This is because we offer Teacher Certification by a national NDCA dance examiner.
Instructors without a certification can teach but only classes and new students.
The Instructor’s Assistant Program is an excellent addition to your studio’s service window. Your students will love the opportunity to teach what they have learned and possibly earn a little money while doing so.
